These twists are super fast to whip up and are so delicious, chewy and flavourful that they can be eaten on their own or served with a tasty dip or two.

I have to be honest: I adapted this to be vegetarian. Instead of nutritional yeast I subbed fresh grated Parmesan, and brushed the twists with butter once they were out of the oven. I think next time I’ll spread butter on the dough and sprinkle the ingredients over top. The other change I’d make is using Italian seasoning.
But even without those changes, these were very good. Went great with spaghetti!

This was an easy option with great flavor! I used a pre-made organic pizza dough that I had and it worked perfectly.

Hi, My family and I loved these but I was wondering why this recipe counts as having legumes in the cell?

Hey Payal! So glad the garlic twists were enjoyed. If you have several garlic bread twists, the nutritional yeast flakes can contribute to the legumes orb. This is because nutritional yeast is rich in protein and other nutrients similar to those found in legumes, so in our app, we group it there for its nutritional profile 🤗

Hello, love PUL! ❤️ I am planning to make this as one of the finger foods for a house party. Can you please suggest homemade dips that would go well with the garlic twists?

Hi Shruti, these are the perfect snack for a house party! We like creamy dips like the avocado & herb tofu dip, garden herb dip, vegan ranch dip, caesar dip, a flavourful tomato dip like ajvar, or go simple with a basic tomato-based pizza sauce. We hope that gives you a few ideas! Enjoy the party!

Thank you so much for such great dip recommendations!! Bookmarked them! Will definitely try a couple of them for the party ❤️

Prepared this today and swapped nutritional yeast and parsley for basil and thyme. It was a hit in my family. Even little Mr. "I dont like greens and herbs" ate it 😉
