Directions
- Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the chickpeas, oil, and ranch mix.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas onto a parchment-lined baking tray and bake in the centre rack of the oven for 25 - 30 minutes*, or until golden and crunchy.
- Remove from oven, let cool, and snack away. Enjoy!
Notes
- * Baking for approximately 30 minutes results in chickpeas that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, but if you like yours super crunchy, you may want to bake them for closer to 45 minutes.
Storage
- Store completely cooled chickpeas in a airtight container or jar at room temperature for up to 2 days. It's best if the jar or container is not completely closed so that the chickpeas can "breathe" and remain crispy.
