J'ai essayé deux fois cette recette elle a été ratée à chaque fois. L'assaisonnement est très bien. Le problème vient de la cuisson. Les feuilles ne sont jamais devenues "chips" elles étaient soit molles soit carbonisées. J'ai pourtant tenté de suivre les indications à la lettre

Hey there, Marguerite, thanks so much for giving it a try (twice, even!) Drying the kale really well before seasoning, and spreading it in a single layer without overlap works wonders.

It sounds like the oven temperature or airflow miiight also be at play here. We used bottom heating (not fan-assisted), but ovens can vary quite a bit, which could explain the different results. You could try switching to fan/convection mode if you have it. A slightly lower temperature or shorter bake time might also help. Hope your next batch comes out nice and crispy 💚

Currently non vegan skeptic here. But open to trying something new, so trying vegan cooking. Wow. This was unexpectedly delicious. Definitely making this snack recipe again. Very easy to make. Tasty, and a powerhouse of nutrients for someone who is short on time like me.
