These air fryer roasted chickpeas are crispy, tangy, and completely irresistible. The air fryer gives them a perfect crunch, while a mix of dill, vinegar, and spices adds that bold, zesty flavour. Eat them by the handful or sprinkle them over a salad.

These are amazing! Paired them with a stew, but definitely will make them again as a snack as well πππ

We donβt have an air fryer, and this snack sounds delicious. What temp and time do you recommend for a conventional oven?

Hey there Michelle, oh thanks so much for flagging this, I've just added the oven directions to the recipe (though it might take a moment to show on your open, and closing then reopening the app might make it appear faster). In the meantime, I'll also share here that if baking in the oven instead, prepare a lined baking tray and preheat to the same temperature using the fan setting rather than conventional top and bottom heat. You'll bake it for about 6 - 8 minutes longer in total, though keep an eye on them as chickpeas can brown up really quickly near the end, and you don't want them to burn. Let us know how you like them if you try them out :)
