Simple Vegan Parmesan

Parmesan adds a lovely salty flavour to any dish that it kisses. This blend of cashews and nutritional yeast makes a wonderfully savoury and crumbly vegan alternative. It's perfect for sprinkling over salads or pasta.

  • ½ cup (65 g)
    raw cashews
  • 1½ Tbsp (3 g)
  • ¼ tsp
    garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp
    onion powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp


  1. Add all the ingredients to a small food processor and pulse into a crumb.
  2. Use to sprinkle on your favourite pastas, pizzas, baked casseroles, or salads!
