Ingredients

  • 2½ Tbsp (17 g)
    paprika powder
  • 1½ Tbsp (10 g)
    onion powder
  • 1½ Tbsp (15 g)
    garlic powder
  • 1½ Tbsp (8 g)
    ground coriander
  • ½ Tbsp (9 g)
    salt
  • ½ Tbsp (3 g)
    ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp (4 g)
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp (3 g)
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp (2 g)
    ground ginger
  • 1 tsp (3 g)
    ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp
    ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a jar. Seal until ready to use.

Storage

  • The spice mix can be stored in a well-sealed mason jar away from direct sunlight for up to 6 months.
