Having a great and easy guacamole recipe is a must. It's perfect for enjoying as a snack with crackers, as a topping for tacos, nourish bowls, wraps, or salads.
To a large bowl, add the avocados, lime juice, garlic, and spices. Mash the avocados, leaving some chunks if a textured consistency is preferred.
Gently stir in the onion, tomato*, and chives. Garnish and serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies, or enjoy in sandwiches or wraps!
Notes
* If desired, the tomato seeds can be removed before adding to preserve the guacamole's vibrant colour.
Storage
To retain its bright colour, this is best to enjoy immediately, or at least on the same day it's made.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day, but do note it will turn brown.

I made a huge batch of this (24 portions). It was such a hit!! Everybody wanted to know what I put in there 😄. I think it was the cumin, most recipes don’t have that. But is totally a game changer, it is soooo delicious. I will not use another recipe in my life. This is it 😍

Lovely creaminess and I really enjoyed the aromatic spicy flavour. It suits very well with any kind of food. I tried it on a breakfast/brunch sandwich with kimchi and sprouts, which was delicious. Of note, I highly recommend to de-seed the tomatoes to avoid a watery and discoloured guacamole. Moreover, it makes it less difficult to eat on a sandwich😏
