  1. To a large bowl, add the avocados, lime juice, garlic, and spices.
  2. Mash the avocados until pureed, allowing some chunks of avocado to remain if you’d like a more textured consistency.
  3. Then gently stir in the onion, tomato and chives. Garnish and serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies, or enjoy in sandwiches or wraps!

  • To keep its bright colour, this is best to enjoy immediately, or at least on the same day it's made.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day, but do note the colour will turn brown.

Lovely creaminess and I really enjoyed the aromatic spicy flavour. It suits very well with any kind of food. I tried it on a breakfast/brunch sandwich with kimchi and sprouts, which was delicious. Of note, I highly recommend to de-seed the tomatoes to avoid a watery and discoloured guacamole. Moreover, it makes it less difficult to eat on a sandwich😏

So glad to hear, Louise! Thank you for sharing the lovely tip of de-seeding the tomato too 🙂🍅
