    avocado, peeled, pitted
  • 2
    cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup (60 mL)
    unsweetened soy yogurt*
  • ½
    lime, juiced
  • ¼ tsp
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. If you don't have a small food processor, simply mash the avocado in a bowl first, add in the crushed garlic, and the remaining ingredients. Mix, and enjoy!
