Ingredients

    avocados
  • ½
    lime, juiced
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp (20 g)
    minced red onion
  • ½ tsp
    ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp
    paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    cayenne pepper
  • 5
    cherry tomatoes, chopped (optional)

Optional topping

  • fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl until pureed.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, and stir to combine.
  3. Serve on a taco bowl, tempeh tacos, burrito bowl, or with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Storage

  • Best to enjoy this right away, but can be stored in an airtight container it in the fridge for up to a day.
