Directions
- Mash the avocado in a bowl, then add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Serve on salad bowls, tacos, burritos, or enjoy with tortilla chips as a dip!
Storage
- Best to enjoy this right away, but can be stored in an airtight container it in the fridge for up to a day.

Tried this for Sunday breakfast with my daughter. It was very delicious and we had a lot of fun. She enjoyed crushing the avocados. We served with tortilla chips yumm!
