This nectarine salsa is a refreshing take on regular salsa. The ripe fruits are a perfect balance with the spicy jalapeño and tart red onions. Serve with tortilla crisps or corn chips, or use as a topping for tacos, burrito bowls, or on burgers.

This was very tasty! I had some extra red cabbage so I added it to make it a salad (or is a salsa supposed to be a salad already?), we ate it with bread and fresh cream cheese and it was perfect!

This was a very tasty variation from our same old green salad :)) I like the sweet spicy mix! Left out the cilantro and still tasted good and everyone liked it ☺️ will definitely do it again!

I made this one summer and it's fresh, not too sugary and a little spicy! Perfect summer day snack!!

Delicious!

This was delicious! Nectarines are nearly out of season for us here but I'm happy I got to make this recipe before summer was over.

Peel the nectarines?

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 15, 2022, 3:03 p.m.

Hey there, Sandy, we enjoy the nectarines unpeeled in this one. Feel free to peel them if desired though 🙂

Very colourful and balanced salsa! I really liked the extra sweetness of the fruit and sour citrus juice. I took a whole jalapeño, but I expected it to be stronger. I would like to have more “heat” to complement the sweetness better. What kind of chili pepper can I use instead?

Thank you, Louise! We'd recommend either adding more jalapeño or perhaps trying a spicier pepper, such as serrano or cayenne? Let us know how it goes if you give the recipe another try 🤗

This is incredibly delicious! I used it in a pulled-jackfruit burger recipe but I believe it's very versatile!

A lovely way to use the salsa, Cris! Let us know if you try it is any other recipes 😃

Oh your combination with vegan burgers sounds very yummy! I’ll definitely try next time! I used the salsa as a condiment for a barbecue
