  • 1 cup (198 g)
  • 1 cup (185 g)
    cooked chickpeas
  • 1
    celery stalk, minced
  • 1
    carrot, grated
  • ½
    lemon, juiced
  • ¼
    red bell pepper, minced
  • ¼
    red onion, minced
  • 3 Tbsp (2 g)
    fresh dill, minced
  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL)
    vegan mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp (27 g)
    chopped pickles
  • 2 Tbsp (18 g)
    roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp (3 g)
    capers, chopped
  • ½ tsp
    Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp
  • 1 pinch
    ground black pepper

  1. Add the chickpeas to a large bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix, mashing slightly.
  3. Chill before serving, if possible, to allow the flavours to infuse. Enjoy!
