1 cup (150 g)fresh blueberries

1 cup (150 g)red grapes

½ cup (76 g)fresh strawberries, quartered

2kiwis, sliced

Make your own
Directions
- To a large bowl, whisk together the agave syrup and lime juice and whisk to combine.
- Then add the fruit to the bowl, and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Storage
- Best to enjoy immediately.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one day. If possible, it’s best to store the dressing separately and mix it with the fruit when ready to serve to keep the fruit fresh/crisp.

This is one of my favorite summer fruit salads. I've increased the volume of the recipe to take to potlucks, as well, and everybody loves it. The lime dressing is the perfect compliment to these fruits. I use maple syrup instead of agave and it works out great.
So tasty with so little effort! Fruit salads are such a fun way to get a day’s ration. And I like that you can vary this recipe depending on which fruits and berries are in season. I replaced kiwis with the same amount of peaches, as the former isn’t in season during summer. I really enjoyed the lime juice that softened the sweetness. However, I must remember to add the zest next time👌🏻
