  • 1 cup (240 mL)
    unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup (150 g)
    frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup (150 g)
    frozen pineapple chunks

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!

This one is quite refreshing! I had to add the runny, translucent part from a can of coconut milk because we never buy coconut water.

If you refrigerate your coconut milk you should be able to remove the top dense solid part and add only the water to the smoothie :) Sadia has recipes that only require the coconut cream, so you can use it up in those recipes so it doesn't goes to waste :)

Added fresh mango instead of pineapple. It was so good! The mint is key!
