Kickstart your day with this intense smoothie bowl. If you're unsure about the spicy ginger flavour, you could certainly add less or leave it out completely, the other ingredients will still make sure to wake you up!

This smoothie bowl is so pretty and will definitely wake up your mouth with the cayenne pepper. I always like to try the recipe as designed the first time, but I think my spice-sensitive tastebuds will have to forego the cayenne in the future. Hehe!
LOVE this one!!! Topped it with granola, frozen raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. Love the heat at the back of the throat! This is a favorite ❤️
I love a good golden smoothie! How much plant milk (or what adjustment would you make to turn this into a drinking smoothie for on the go? Thanks!

Hey Tania! We'd recommend adding small amounts of plant milk and blending until you reach the desired consistency. Perhaps 1/4 to 1/2 cup may be a good start 🙂

Thanks! I made it as a bowl today and I loved it!!!!
This smoothie was great! I loved the spice from the ginger, turmeric and cayenne pepper, plus the sweetness from the banana and pineapple. I'll definitely be making it again!
Great for those who love ginger! My spouse and I make this often and love it! I’ve included so many more fruits, veg, and items like ginger and dates into my diet that I never had before pick-up-limes! Thank you so much for adding joy to our mornings!
Love this smoothie - as much as any of the other smoothies on the webiste. I can actually confidently say that I tried probably about 90 % of the smoothie recipes by now ;-) ever since I had a baby and started working again, it's the perfect breakfast as it takes no time and is still really filling. AND the best part is, our baby can have the exact same thing for breakfast since she started solids as the smoothies are all so wholesome and nourishing. So thank you for making my life so much easier !! <3

Awe so thrilled to hear, Stéphanie, and a big congratulations on your little one 😍 love that they're enjoying the recipes now too!
Delicious recipe!!! Since my blender isn't that great I added a little pineapple juice to help it blend :) I love the spiciness from the ginger with the sweetness of the pineapple, great pairing!! Thank you🥰

A lovely idea to help thin it out, Clara! We're so glad the smoothie was enjoyed 🍍
Very interesting smoothie, in a good way! Really wakes you up. I didn’t have any yogurt so left that out and used some canned crushed pineapple I had left over. Also ran out of cayenne so had to leave that out too. I love how thick this smoothie is!

Love the modifications, Victoria! So happy the smoothie bowl was enjoyed ✨
Absolutely delicious!! Creamy, not too sweet, and with a nice punch in the aftertaste😆. I love when the flavour of PUL’s smoothies transforms whilst eating👏🏼 Perfect to use with granola and berries (I’ve tried blueberries so far) for breakfast.

Aw thank you for the lovely review, Louise - we love it with berries and granola as well 😍
Made this smoothie bowl twice this weekend and absolutely love it. I was a bit hesitant to try it, but I appreciated the ginger and turmeric as I know they both have good health benefits. It's definitely slightly spicy - but the taste is good, it wakes me up, and I love the warmth in my mouth. :) Thanks for all of the recipes you share. I can always come here for some healthy and wholesome meals ideas.

To add to my previous review…I didn’thave pineapple so I used the mango swap and it was Delish.

I love it. Also good with Apples (i use ,,elstar") instead of the pineapple, with a splash of lemon.

I absolutely LOVE this smoothie! Perfect for hot summer days or for an immune-boosting kick!
I love the little bit of spice given by the ginger and pepper. It's a good change from a typical sweet smoothie :)
This smoothie is so tasty ! Love the turmeric kick :) It's my favorite post workout snack

This is AMAZING! Oh, that pungency - I love it! I wonder if it's addictive because it certainly feels so! 😃
