I really enjoyed these. I doubled the recipe so that my husband and I would be able to have them for several days. My husband found them more palatable than the usual shots. We’ll definitely be making them again!

So glad the recipe was enjoyed, Carey! 🥰

I’m not usually a big fan of ginger shots as I don’t love the sharp burn they can bring, but this shot is really good! It’s not too sour, not too sweet, not too sharp, it’s exactly peppy and zesty enough 💛 Definitely a new standard in my rotation!

So honoured its gotten a spot on the regular rotation! Thanks, Kris 🤗

Hey! Ahh, why did you put in instructions to put it to a blender and then milk cloth, and not into a centrifugeuse/ juicer ?

Also, can I use orange instead of pineapple? Or does ananas have some special anti-inflammatory properties that are awaken by tinder and spices ?
PUL Team - April 14, 2025, 10:37 p.m.
Hey Luiza, thanks for your interest in the recipe! We used a blender and cloth to make it more accessible for folks who don’t have a juicer at home. But if you have a centrifuge or juicer, feel free to use it! It’ll work beautifully. And yes, you can definitely use orange instead of pineapple. Both offer a boost of vitamin C, though pineapple does contain bromelain which may have additional anti-inflammatory benefits when combined with ginger and turmeric 🫶✨

Maybe a silly question, but what purpose does the avocado oil serve in this recipe?
PUL Team - April 11, 2025, 5:11 p.m.
Hey Sage, it's not a silly question at all! The avocado oil helps your body absorb the curcumin from turmeric and other fat-soluble nutrients. Just a little bit goes a long way 💛

Came here to ask the same question!
