Ingredients

  • ½ Tbsp (3 g)
    orange zest
  • 2
    oranges, juiced
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL)
  • 1 tsp (2 g)
    freshly grated ginger
  • 1 pinch
    ground black pepper, or more to taste

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl.
  2. Stir, and enjoy with your favourite salad!

Storage

  • This dressing is best enjoyed immediately.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
