  • 1 Tbsp (6 g)
    fresh ginger
  • 1
    medium carrot
  • ½ cup (75 g)
    frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup (112 g)
    frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup (120 mL)
    unsweetened soy yogurt*
  • ¾ cup (180 mL)
    unsweetened soy milk*
  • 2 Tbsp (20 g)
    hemp seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!

Quite refreshing and balanced, but too mild. There’s no distinct flavour popping up, which is surprising as I added more ginger than specified😳. Very smooth and I replaced the hemp seeds with almond butter👌🏻

The is the most delicious smoothie! I just bought a Nutribullet and the first recipe that I tried from another website was so disappointing in the flavor department. What I love about Pick Up Limes is the flavors are GREAT! My whole extended family enjoys your recipes. We are not full-time vegans, but you are slowly converting us. :) The Vegan Butter Chicken with Naan is a real favorite. Please post more smoothie recipes. It is so nice to find recipes we can trust for health and flavor.

P.S. I just realized you do have more smoothie recipes. I typed in "smoothies" and only this one came up, but typing "smoothie" makes them all come up. Thanks again for your great healthy recipes!
