    mango, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 g)
    frozen peach slices
  • 2
    frozen bananas
  • 1 cup (25 g)
    fresh kale
  • 2 cups (480 mL)
    unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tsp (2 g)
    ground flaxseeds

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more plant-based milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  2. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Nice and fresh smoothie. It’s really suitable for a warm summer day😎🧉. I used coconut beverage and I think it’s an optimal combination with the mango and peach. I agree with a previous reviewer that topping with PUL Healthiest ever granola is yummy 😋

You'll likely be able to taste the full seeds as they won't grind up as much, although you're welcome to use whole flaxseeds if that's preferred, Tanja!

This is another smoothie I have on a regular basis! I love the little hint of banana you get in between the mango and peach! The flavors just go so well together, and you can't even taste the kale!
