Ingredients

  • 1
    mango, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 g)
    frozen peach slices
  • 2
    frozen bananas
  • 1 cup (25 g)
    kale
  • 2 cups (480 mL)
    unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tsp (2 g)
    ground flaxseeds

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  2. Serve immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Nutrition tip: aim to use plant-based milk that is fortified with calcium.

  • Best to enjoy immediately.

I tried using an electric hand mixer instead as I do not have a blender. Big mistake - the kale did not blend properly and so remained sort of chewy and unpleasant 😆

4 stars anyway because that was my fault and the flavour was yummy ❤️

Hey Molly, we're glad you still enjoyed the flavour of the green smoothie recipe! Kale can be tricky without a blender - maybe if you give the recipe a try again with a hand mixer, finely chopping the kale before mixing could help 🤗✨

Yum! I didn’t need three smoothies, so I reduced it to one serving. The only adjustment I needed was increasing the milk from 2/3 cup to a full cup. It was delicious. I loved the mango and subtle peach flavor. I’d definitely make this one again.

Another wonderful smoothie. The 1st one immediately after making it gave me brain freeze, but the 2nd portion the following day after a night in the fridge was exceptional.

I had high hopes for this one and I'm a bit disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the smoothie is still delicious, it's just not as sweet as I expected. I think the mango I used was the deal breaker - it was ripe but not very juicy and a bit rubbery. I guess using a nice sweet mango in this smoothie is essential for it to taste phenomenal.

Wow! This smoothie was delicious! I'm picky when it comes to smoothies, but this one won me over! Excellent recipe will be making this one again! I used tangeries instead of peaches beacuse I didn't have and stilll came out great :)

OMG, I needed it so bad today! And it's so good, I can't stop drinking it :D I used spinach instead of kale (didn't have any) and used a tiny little bit of peanut butter that I wanted to finish to empty the jar (which I need for storing carrots and celery your way :D). Thank you!!!
