  1. To a blender, add all smoothie ingredients, except for the dates, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the dates and blend briefly so that some chunks remain to add some texture (or blend it in completely if desired).
  3. Serve in a glass or bowl and top with granola, goji berries and hemp seeds.
