  1. Combine all of the pudding ingredients in a bowl or mason jar, stirring to combine. Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes, and then stir again to prevent clumping.
  2. Cover and chill in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Stir well before serving, add toppings, and enjoy!

Storage

  • Whip up a batch and store in an airtight container or mason jar in the fridge for 3 - 4 days. Mix in your fruit and toppings the day you are going to enjoy the pudding.
