This chia pudding combines the vibrant colour and sweet taste of blueberries with a tangy, zesty yogurt topping. The chia seeds are fully blended, giving this pudding a wonderfully creamy texture. Note, we used frozen wild blueberries for their vibrant purple hue, and while regular blueberries work well too, the colour may be less intense.

Great recipe 😊 I used raspberries because I had no blueberries - was also delicious!

I was looking for some new blended chia pudding when this arrived: this hit the spot so well! I also added the lime zest in the yogurt mix, and agree, it's a great addition! Made it on the weekend and enjoyed a grab & go breakfast the next day. My only regret is to not have made more.

Incredibly delicious and comes together quickly! Add the lime zest if you can - it’s a wonderful addition. Can’t wait to make this more often during the summer!
