Directions
- Place the frozen berries in a microwave for 2 - 3 minutes at 600W, or until defrosted. Alternatively, the berries can be heated on the stove.
- Layer the ingredients in a bowl, and enjoy!

I second Anjakefala! I was never really a fan of yogurt parfaits, but the combination of banana, flaxseed, and granola is just out of this world! It's such a delicious treat, and yet I feel like I'm nourishing all my cells when eating it!
This has revolutionised my mornings. It tastes like dessert, but it is the most wholesome treat!
