Directions

  1. If the berries are frozen, place in the microwave for 60 - 90 seconds at 600W, or until defrosted. Alternatively, the berries can be heated on the stove.
  2. Layer ingredients in a cup or bowl, and enjoy!

I second Anjakefala! I was never really a fan of yogurt parfaits, but the combination of banana, flaxseed, and granola is just out of this world! It's such a delicious treat, and yet I feel like I'm nourishing all my cells when eating it!
