  1. Lightly coat the apple wedges in hazelnut butter, then press the wedges into a plate of granola. Sprinkle cinnamon over the wedges.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave at 600W, stirring every 20 seconds until the chocolate is just fully melted. Be careful not to overheat.
  3. Drizzle the wedges with melted dark chocolate. Enjoy!

Storage

  • Best enjoyed when made.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day.

These are so delicious, the perfect snack if you’re after something sweet! I used a little bit of vegan Nutella on mine 😊
