A very warm welcome to the app, Aizah! We're excited to share more delicious recipes together 🥰

Chrysiida - April 4, 2024, 1:47 a.m.

Quick and simple, but the taste of blueberries was kind of lost among of the other ingredients, which was the main point for me. Without it, it was pretty similar to other more affordable or common smoothie recipes so I was a bit disappointed...

Nicole Mostofa - March 6, 2024, 2:17 p.m.

Thanks to PUL, I learbed to add avocado to smoothies. It is great to substitute half of a banana for avocado when I am in the mood for something less sweet. This one was refreshing and simple and great for a basic smoothie.

PUL Team - March 6, 2024, 7:52 p.m.

So happy to hear, Nicole, thanks for taking the time to leave the lovely review 😃

Lily - Feb. 29, 2024, 9:48 p.m.

One of my staple smoothies! I'd drink this everyday if my body was instant of becoming tired of things after a while 😂

Kate - Feb. 8, 2024, 1:12 p.m.

Tania Allan - Dec. 8, 2023, 12:13 p.m.

This was a great smoothie bowl to satisfy an ice cream craving.

Evi - July 27, 2023, 12:34 p.m.

This has been my favourite breakfast for years! Tips: Drizzle cashew butter on the top. Add less liquid for thicker consistency.

Sara - July 27, 2023, 3:01 a.m.

Added one scoop vanilla protein powder and one scoop blue spirulina.
To make it drinkable on the go, one cup water will do the trick.
So good!

Noomi Kifarkis - June 27, 2023, 12:12 p.m.

Tasty! I put some kefir in it too for some good bacteria 😊

Alice Marie - June 2, 2023, 1:44 p.m.

This is absolutely delicious, love Sadia !
Just I usually add 1 sp of almond butter, as it’s too precious and 1 cup of épeautre noisette milk and 1 cup of water :)
Also works great with mixed berries :)

PUL Team - June 2, 2023, 3:11 p.m.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with it, Alice! 😃

Kat - May 27, 2023, 9:49 p.m.

Amazing and super easy!!

Dagmar - Sept. 25, 2022, 9:12 a.m.

Thank you so much! I loved it! My bananas weren't frozen but I ended up with a thick and indulging smoothie anyway. :)

Violet - Aug. 25, 2022, 1:04 a.m.

PUL Team - Aug. 25, 2022, 6:33 a.m.

Love the addition of peanut butter! Thank you, Violet ☺️

Claire - Aug. 20, 2022, 9:58 p.m.

Love this smoothie! I sometimes add a teaspoon or so of cocoa powder to make it chocolatey, and some silken tofu for protein (can't taste it and it's perfectly creamy)!

PUL Team - Aug. 20, 2022, 11:28 p.m.

Mmm lovely ideas to change it up, Claire! It means so much 🤗

Amanda - Aug. 1, 2022, 10:39 p.m.

I love this smoothie. It's so refreshing and so filling. Added some avocado for the extra flavor. Started having these couple of times during the week. Absolutely love it!

PUL Team - Aug. 2, 2022, 5:19 a.m.

We appreciate it so much - Amanda, thanks a bunch ✨

Sonja - July 28, 2022, 6:59 p.m.

This is such a lovely and simple smoothie! I've been having it as a bowl for breakfast with toasted coconut, chia seeds, and some of PUL's coconut almond granola. It does a great job filling me up without also heating me up during this heat wave we're having. I also love knowing that I'm getting a good amount of fruit with no effort!

PUL Team - July 29, 2022, 5:40 a.m.

So glad its being enjoyed, Sonja, thank you! Stay cool out there ☀️

Erica - June 9, 2022, 8:56 p.m.

This blueberry smoothie hits the spot every time. I love it!

Sashka - March 27, 2022, 2 p.m.

It is so delicious!
We eat it as bowl with granola and coconut flakes on top. Sometimes for variance I swap almond butter with chocolate tahini :).

PUL Team - March 27, 2022, 9:28 p.m.

Mmm sounds delicious, Sashka, thank you 😃

MJ - March 2, 2022, 2:33 a.m.

I LOVE THIS SMOOTHIE! This is my start to the day every weekday. I swap the frozen BB’s for some mixed frozen berries and add a serve of my salted caramel flavoured pea protein powder. Even though I only make one serve each day, I still use 500mL of oat milk. It’s just what works for me and my energy requirements. Thank you Sadia and thank you PIL team!

PUL Team - March 2, 2022, 6:47 a.m.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the smoothie, MJ, we're so thrilled it's being enjoyed 🤩

Marie - Feb. 8, 2022, 9:14 a.m.

Absolutely loved this, i never would've come up with the vanilla in it! I used 2 smaller ripe bananas, so I added less liquid (1c coconut milk, 1/2c water), and a tbsp of flaxseeds. It still was a bit too liquidy for my taste, so I added an extra 1/2 of a frozen banana. Will def. make again (and use frozen bananas all together from the start)

PUL Team - Feb. 8, 2022, 11:21 p.m.

Thanks for sharing your experience with it, Marie! It means so much 😊

Celina - Jan. 6, 2022, 5:09 p.m.

This is so simple and so delicious! I will be making lots of your smoothies in the next few days because I got my wisdom teeth out today. These are really helpful because they are easy to eat and super delicious. 👍😋

PUL Team - Jan. 6, 2022, 10:12 p.m.

So glad it was enjoyed, Celina, and wishing you a speedy recovery from the surgery!

Jackie - Sept. 27, 2021, 9:05 a.m.

Mmm my favorite smoothie! Thank you so much for this recipe! I make this at least twice a week now and my family will always ask for some. The flavor is just superb and the ingredients are so filling. The almond butter is just amazing here. Sometimes I'll add dates or chia seeds to the smoothie :)

PUL Team - Sept. 27, 2021, 11:26 p.m.

A massive compliment, Jackie, thank you! Love the addition of dates or chia seeds 🙂

Charlotte - Aug. 13, 2021, 3:21 p.m.

I love the vibrant purple colour of this smoothie and it tastes as good as it looks! I have tried it with almond butter and without and both are delicious in different ways. I enjoy this smoothie in a bowl with all the toppings and my boyfriend prefers it out of a glass with a little extra plant milk. 💜🌿

PUL Team - Aug. 14, 2021, 6:22 a.m.

So glad you're enjoying the smoothie, Charlotte, thank you!

Yuliia - July 24, 2021, 7:14 p.m.

This is my boyfriend’s favorite smoothie 😍

Juliana - July 8, 2021, 10:34 p.m.

This has become one of my go-to breakfast recipes, usually for days when I know lunch will happen a little later. I have to admit that I don't add vanilla as I'm not a huge fan (terrible, I know!), but it's worth every spoonful! I sometimes swap for peanut butter (as we have it more often at home) and it still is 100% the best breakfast!

PUL Team - July 11, 2021, 3:03 p.m.

Totally okay to exclude the vanilla! We're so thrilled you're enjoying the smoothie, Juliana 🤩

Louise Magnusson 🇸🇪 - April 2, 2021, 10:49 a.m.

It’s so practical how few ingredient can create a complex meal! The vanilla and nut butter really enhance the banana, while (in my case) Swedish bilberries remain the star. This is the first smoothie recipe that I try from PUL to make as a weekend breakfast. I topped it with one crumbled PUL’s hazelnut granola bar. Amazing and filling! I’m not used to the cold sensation from the frozen fruit, but oh my what a nice texture they create!!! And the colour🤩

PUL Team - April 3, 2021, 1:48 a.m.

Mmm, love the pairing with the hazelnut granola bar! Thanks for taking the time to share the review, Louise 🥳
