Directions
- To a blender, add all the ingredients except chia seeds.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Sprinkle the smoothie with chia seeds, shake or stir the seeds in, and serve.
Notes

Great smoothie! It was so tasty and refreshing. I really appreciate the weight measurements so I was able to get the perfect amount of each ingredient. One note, I only added 1 g (or a sixth) of the ginger the recipe calls for. I am not a fan of ginger and this seemed to be the perfect amount for me as I could still faintly taste it but it wasn't a prominent flavor. This is a smoothie I will be making often!
