  • 2 cups (300 g)
    frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups (50 g)
    fresh spinach
  • 1 cup (240 mL)
    unsweetened soy yogurt*
  • ½ cup (120 mL)
    unsweetened soy milk*
  • 2 Tbsp (14 g)
    ground flaxseeds

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glasses, or into bowls to sprinkle overtop your favourite toppings.

Nice, basic smoothie😁
The mango chunks give this smoothie a sweet and fresh feeling. It requires nevertheless toppings to be interesting and a complete meal

Loved this recipe! The spinach was not noticeable at all, and the mango and flaxseed combo gave it a sweet and vibrant flavor. Note that if you don't have any plant based yogurt on hand, subsituting it with 1/2 of a fresh banana works great.
