An amazing snack
Delicious 💚 are smoothies ok to prep in advance? Say evening for the next morning? Or will it loose vitamins / fibers? Thank you 😊
Love love love this smoothie, it’s a classic!
Yum! Really tasty with some almond butter on top too!
Simple and refreshing! Too little liquid for my blender, though, so I added more milk!
Yummy!!!! Love it! I added a tad bit of ginger and swapped out the flax seeds for chia seeds. Omg!!!! I’m so happy this app is in my life!!
Okay made this as a smoothie bowl this time rather than drinkable smoothie. Made it as written and topped with some granola, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, banana and goji berries. WOWZA! It is delicious! The smoothie base is perfect as it’s not overpowering and is a perfect base for all your toppings. Creamy and delicious.
Definitely add a banana otherwise it tastes a lot like soy. I added agave syrup and protein powder for taste 🙈
Hi, Saadia! I’m drinking from the smoothie right now and all I can say is this combination is DELICIOUUUUUS!! I also added half of banana per serving.
Thank you so much, hugs from Belgium!🤗❤️
Made this one into a drinkable smoothie. Bumped the almond milk to about 1/2-3/4 cup. I also added about 1/4 of frozen banana to give it a bit more sweetness. I think as a smoothie bowl it would be good as written, but as a drinkable smoothie I just needed a little something extra. I think I may add ginger too next time! Yum!
I love this with some extra protein powder, creamiest smoothie ever
I’m definitely trying out this smoothie bowl recipe I’ve tried a lot of your overnight oats recipes which were amazing. Also I wanted to know your thoughts on acai you haven’t made a video on that. A lot of the cafes in my area sell sweetened acai bowls and acai with guarana is it healthy or is it more of junk food. I was surprised to see on the box that it contains 21g carbohydrates in 100g serving so I’m guessing it’s filled with sugar I dunno I’m confused. Alls I know I’m addicted and crave it daily hopefully that’s not because of the sugar I’ve been trying to eat cleaner..
Hi Saadia,
I tried making this today and it was delicious on a hot summer day in Arizona. I did modify to the recipe a bit with the plant-based ingredients and I feel this is going to be a staple from now on. Thank you.
This was my first home made smoothie ever. I just did it now. It was delicious. I did only one serving and it wasn’t mixed perfectly. So with two serving it would catch/chop the ingredients a bit better (I use a Ninja). But it was 95% smooth. I used sweetened Greek yogurt and almond milk and it was delicious!
Thanks for the recipe.
Bleh I added much to much spinach and it is basically spinach yoghurt, becareful with that
I make this smoothie every week. Delicious breakfast. Just like eating a tropical ice cream for breakfast. Highly recommended!
Absolutely delicious!
Absolutely amazing!!
It's one of my favourite smoothies - creamy, rich and sooo mangoey! Yum <3
This recipe looks so good and I love the photos you shared here :)
This is one of my go-to smoothies and a great afternoon snack. I have also used coconut water as the liquid base instead of almond milk and it is equally as good.
Wonderful recipe and one that inspired me to a more smoothie-type breakfasts
Perfect summer treat! And it makes getting some greens in to your diet a walk in the park, you can’t even taste it. Love the sweetness the mango adds to this smoothie recipe too.
I had my doubts about this smoothie recipe but it's now my go-to! I recommend anyone who's a fan of mangos to just try it out! I've also added bananas when I've had extra frozen ones lying around.
Pictures of bowls are a little misleading, one serving is a very small amount!
Nice, basic smoothie😁
The mango chunks give this smoothie a sweet and fresh feeling. It requires nevertheless toppings to be interesting and a complete meal
Loved this recipe! The spinach was not noticeable at all, and the mango and flaxseed combo gave it a sweet and vibrant flavor. Note that if you don't have any plant based yogurt on hand, subsituting it with 1/2 of a fresh banana works great.
