- Place all ingredients in a blender on high until well combined. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more plant-based milk.

This smoothie is delicious and demonstrates again how few ingredients create magic! It’s fascinating how peanut/nut butters enhance the earthy grass flavour of spinach, whilst removing the bitter aftertaste. I believe this is the reason why I find this recipe so balanced. And again, I’ve grown so childishly fond of the cold texture created by frozen fruits😋🥰
This will always be my favorite smoothie recipe. Easy, delicious, and my toddler enjoys it, too. Great way to sneak in veggies. 😉
