Perfection!
I’m not a huge banana person so I did 1 instead of 2 and honestly really yummy! 🥰 I like it
Adore this - even better with espresso.
Amazing!! Uncomplicated and fast, too
Very tasty!
The smoothie was good but the coffee flavor was lacking. I used cold brew coffee and I think next time I make it I might just add a bit of instant coffee for a boost in the coffee flavor
This was not a favorite. The oats made it taste really gritty and were the predominant flavor. It was not sweet at all. We added syrup but in the future it would be good to add an apple or dates in the blender. I could not taste the coffee either. Just oats and almond butter. This is probably good for someone wanting to drink that but not for someone looking for an actual coffee smoothie.
Omg this was absolutely delicious, totally amazing!
Recette très sympa
A really lovely, quick smoothie. Personally I prefer leaving the coffee out and just having it as a chocolate banana smoothie but that’s just preference. :)
(And just a quick suggestion for features your could add to the app in the future: adding the ingredients of a recipe to a “nourish day” so you can adjust quantities/delete certain ingredients yourself. I know you can add ingredients one by one but it would be neat to just pop them all in and then modify from there. I know that’s maybe quite niche but I’m trying to track a few micronutrients at the moment and that would simplify the process a bit.)
This is my go-to smoothie when I come home from the gym. I add coffee-flavoured vegan protein powder, creatin and swap the almond butter for peanut butter as almonds are way pricier here. It tastes amazing every time thanks for your content!!!
My new go-to smoothie 😍
almost daily morning smoothie!
The perfect smoothie for my Saturday breakfast! I have a busy day ahead, and that's exactly what I needed to give me courage 😉 Quick and easy to make, consistent enough to keep me full for a few hours, delicious! I love the kick from the coffee ☕️ Thank you PUL 😊
I absolutely love this smoothie. My current craving!
Nice for breakfast.
Was so yummy. Loved it after my morning run and has kept me full till lunch.
Is it possible to rate the recipe thumbs down or thumbs up once we have tried the recipe? That way we could filter out the recipes that we tried but weren't for us from our recipe list and/or search engine. (PS: we like most of them and I did like this one but my partner didn't) :D
Mmm, this was delicious. Such a treat! I left the vanilla extract out and didn’t miss it.
I love my morning coffee, and I love my breakfast oats. This recipe is a lovely marriage of these two. I love it! It's probably better for the hotter months, but I enjoyed a double portion this morning anyway 😀
Delicious!
I was skeptic as I’ve never been a fan of bananas or coffee… but boy is this good! Chocolate-y, decadent and luxurious. Wow. Truly wow!
It tastes really good! I drinked it in the afternoon when I needed a sweet treat. I exchanged the bananas (forgot to buy it) with an apple; the consistency is not the same but still tasty.
Vraiment bon
Easy and good. I make bigger batches and freeze them and thaw the night before for busy days.
I’ve been using instant coffee. Add it to cold water and good to go. I like the addition of oats because it makes it filling
As it was cold today I made this like porridge. The coffee was an extra kick I needed today 😋
This made me feel amazing and energetic and is just such a mood booster, I'm so grateful for all of these recipes on here, and especially this one!
Delicious!
i make this all the time!!
Really tasty! I prepped the night before by slicing and freezing the bananas and brewing coffee so it could chill over night. This made it easy in the morning and I was looking forward to it that way!
So good!
Sehr lecker!
Another winner! I’m not someone who likes smoothies because I tend to feel cold, still hungry or jittery afterwards (other coffee combos), but trust PUL and needed to try. It’s perfectly named, wow-really delicious, and best of all no side effects, just fullness and gentle energy. Thank you!
Delicious!
Very good, but the coffee I had on hand leans on the darker/ bitter side so I had to add some brown sugar to balance out the flavor.
I am truly obsessed with this smoothie, I cannot get enough. I have to have it every day!
YUM. I might need to make this every day.
Super easy, quick, and filling. I don’t like having bug breakfasts so this is the perfect way to start my morning. Have been making it most days for the past month!
Super-easy to make and so tasty! Love the subtle coffee flavour!
This was an easy breakfast shake that had a nice subtle flavor. I put too much ice my first time so it was a little watered down - my fault.
I also used peanut butter because I can’t resist chocolate/banana/pb. I used a decaf cold brew from the store. Perfect!
Yum
This was a really good start to my morning. Would suggest adding a little more cocoa powder and/or coffee if you prefer a sweeter flavour. It would have been a little nicer without the oat bits, but perhaps soaking them or blending for longer would have done the trick? Still really good
Am a coffee drinker but been cutting down on caffein as a nursing mum but this is so yummy. It’s a winner
Very good smoothie! Coffee, chocolate and banana is such a good combo for a morning smoothie.
Delicious!
So I went without the ice and put less milk since my frozen bananas were frozen solid. It was delicious!
Delicious and a breakfast in itself. Note to self - peel bananas before freezing lol
Very nice!
Delicious and filling❤️
Very refreshing! Far cry healthier than a Frappuccino!
This was amazing! I’ve had my eye on this recipe for a while and finally got the chance to make it. The coffee flavor was subtle, so I just added some more coffee. I did my thorough review of the previous comments to make sure some substitutes would be okay, so I used peanut butter, almond milk, and added a bit of chocolate protein powder. It tasted great.
This had a great flavor! For one serving, I used 1tsp instant coffee and I also replaced the banana and ice cubes with frozen zucchini for no banana flavor. To boost the sweetness, I used 1Tbsp semisweet chocolate instead of cocoa.
This is a hit! I had been spending quite a lot of money on protein shakes. This has a surprising amount of protein (LOVE the nutrition breakdown info), tastes great, and is super easy to make.
Delicious! I ended up adding more coffee to intensify the flavor. Love having a use for extra black coffee!
Great coffee and breakfast all in one. Easy and delicious.
So delicious! I used peanut butter and pea milk. My instant coffee didn’t have time to chill but the frozen banana and ice made the smoothie super cold. Will make this smoothie again!
i made it with unsweetened original almond milk and cashew butter. It is delicious!
This is so simple but delicious 😇
This was really good. I added a bit more coffee to boost its flavor and make it a thinner consistency. Will definitely make again.
Such a great way to start the day 🤤🤤
Absolutely lush!
Hi :) can we use instant coffee powder instead of espresso shot?
Super tasty and filling, but it needed to be a tad sweeter for me so I added a dash of agave syrup
Definitely satisfying! I’d like to add dates next time. The coffee flavour, for me, is very faint as the banana flavour is strongest. But the cocoa helps bring out the coffee flavour
Sooooo good! I did 1 min at speed 10 in my thermomix and that’s it, quick and easy for breakfast.
So yummy! I added some extra espresso powder and a little more cocoa and it was perfect for our tastes.
I made it this morning, sans cocoa powder (couldn’t find it) & peanut butter instead of almond. It turned out pretty good. Thank you for this recipe.
Yum
This is so good! My new favorite coffee drink. Thank you!❤️
I love it! The flavors are perfectly balanced, it’s quick and easy to make and nutritious, a win-win!
I didn't add coffee (because I'm only 11 years old), but it still turned out delicious
Very yummy. I thought the flavors weren’t strong enough so I added some chocolate protein powder.
This is the first recipe I’ve made from the app! Very yummy and quick. I have a sweet tooth, so I added a tsp of maple syrup. I might try a date next time.
Dewy and creamy coffee . Temptation for all day !
So quick and easy!! But I added approximately half of a banana and it still was kinda overpowering
Enjoyed this on the way to work this morning. I used 1/4 cup espresso. Mm mmm good.
Smooth, tasty, and filling! It definitely still tastes like banana (if that’s a factor for you.) Super easy to make and definitely a breakfast worth looking forward to!
Very delicious, I didn’t have vanilla nor cocoa and swapped in oat milk and a scoop of peanut butter instead of almond butter and still super yumm and so creamy! I’m definitely making this more often!
Just made this and it is really delicious!
I omitted the ice cubes since I don’t like cold foods and beverages much (except for ice cream 😉), next time I will not freeze the banana, too.
Let’s see how long this keeps me satisfied today. ☺️
