This feels more like an elevated morning coffee than a smoothie, but the blended banana technically puts it in smoothie territory. The tahini adds a smooth, elegant richness, while the banana and dates bring just the right amount of natural sweetness. Barista-style oat milk makes it extra creamy and full-bodied, but if you prefer something lighter, any plant milk will do the trick. It's the kind of drink that feels both comforting and energizing, perfect for slow mornings or busy ones alike.

This looks so delicious! I however can't have coffee. I've noticed a lot of your other(very delicious looking) drinks also have coffee as an ingredient. Is there perhaps a substitute or could it be omitted?

So glad it caught your eye, Preethi, thank you! For most of our drinks you can omit the coffee entirely or use decaf coffee if you prefer. We’ve also heard positive things about chicory coffee, which is a caffeine free beverage that offers a similar roasted, slightly bitter flavour to general coffee (though we haven't tested it ourselves).
Whichever option you pick, we’d suggest giving the smoothie a quick taste and adjusting it to your liking. You might find an extra date or a pinch more cocoa powder helps. Hope you enjoy it if you give it a try 🤗
