Ingredients

  • 1½ cups (360 mL)
    unsweetened coconut milk beverage*
  • 1 cup (150 g)
    frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup (150 g)
    frozen raspberries
  • 1
    orange, peeled

    carrot, coarsely chopped

    raw beet, peeled, quartered
  • ½ cup (75 g)
    frozen chopped zucchini
  • ½ cup (68 g)

This was a delicious snack today! I used a banana and blueberries because I didn't have zucchini or raspberries, but it turned out great! I love a smoothie with beets :)
