Absolutely incredible PUL team!! I love your Herby Garlic Cream 'Cheese' and I wasn't sure if anything could measure up but this proved to be just as good! 🙌🏻💯 I loved the combination of the whipped tofu with the tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and I can't wait to make it all again. 🤗

PUL Team - Sept. 28, 2022, 9:38 p.m.

Woop woop! Thank you for the glowing feedback, Charlotte 💛

Holly - Sept. 28, 2022, 7:21 a.m.

Wow, this was so creamy and delicious! I just had a friend over for coffee and these toasts on the patio, she was impressed it’s vegan and loved it as well.

PUL Team - Sept. 28, 2022, 8:56 p.m.

Woohoo! So glad to hear, Holly, thank you 😃

Shayda - Sept. 27, 2022, 7:34 p.m.

The most delicious vegan spread ever made! I was running out of savory breakfast ideas and now I’ll probably be having this every single morning, thank you so much!

PUL Team - Sept. 28, 2022, 8:31 p.m.

April - Sept. 26, 2022, 8:23 p.m.

This was wonderfully delicious! I was skeptical about tofu cream cheese since I usually make a nut based one but was pleased with this much lower fat and cheaper version. I scaled up the recipe for a full brick of tofu and substituted tahini instead of oil, for an oil free version. I will definitely make it again. It’s such and quick and easy meal and everyone who ate it loved it too! Thanks! :)

PUL Team - Sept. 28, 2022, 7:52 p.m.

We're so thrilled it was enjoyed, April, it means so much!

Khushi - Sept. 22, 2022, 6:49 p.m.

This was incredible! I added a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt to help with texture since I only had extra firm tofu, and it was delicious!! Love the tomato on top as well - adds the perfect amount of sweetness to go with the savory spread.

PUL Team - Sept. 23, 2022, 3:20 a.m.

Thank you you for taking the time to share your experience with it, Khushi!

Orestis - Sept. 21, 2022, 11:45 p.m.

Absolutely a game changer. In greece we have a feta dip which is basically mushed feta with some cream cheese and a spicy pepper. It reminded me of that very much. We have a variation with red pepper, which adds some sweetness that goes perfectly with the saltiness. I did the same here. In the batch for 4 I added 2 roasted red peppers and some cayenne pepper and I almost had a second dinner just by tasting again and again. Thanks so much, you make vegan cuisine look effortlessly delicious.

PUL Team - Sept. 22, 2022, 2:37 a.m.

Mmm love the addition of roasted red peppers and cayenne 😍 Thank YOU, Orestis!

Marenda - Sept. 20, 2022, 7:12 a.m.

Sarah - Sept. 18, 2022, 7:20 p.m.

This is absolutely deliciouss OMG! The moment I saw this recipe I knew i must try it because I don't usually like buying vegan cream cheese from the grocery store or sometimes i run out of it but this is a game changer! I never thought cream cheese could come out of tofu. I just made mine and they turned out so good but a little moist but that's okay. Thank you for making breakfast not so boring :)

PUL Team - Sept. 19, 2022, 4:33 a.m.

Beyond thrilled to hear, Sarah, thank you for the glowing review! Pressing the tofu well can help avoid excess moisture in case you're interested 🙂

Ingrid - Sept. 18, 2022, 7:06 p.m.

Thank you, for the tofu cream cheese spread. I made it today and right now it is in the fridge for the ingredients to combine. I tasted it already of course, I love it.
This will go nicely with my home-made sourdough bread. I would love to get more ideas like this. Healthier and cheaper than store bought products! :)

PUL Team - Sept. 19, 2022, 4:31 a.m.

Oh it means so much, Ingrid! Home-made sourdough bread sounds like a delicious pairing 😍

Yet another comment. I am vegan and Sadia has been such a help in making this journey a tasty one. The cream "cheese" in this one is delicious!! I just made it and the combination with the tomato is on another level. Thank you again for the variety of recipes! I will be trying another recipe this afternoon for lunch

PUL Team - Sept. 17, 2022, 10:55 p.m.

Katie B - Sept. 17, 2022, 12:23 a.m.

I made this tonight for tomorrow’s breakfast, but it is so good we’re eating it for dinner with fresh tomatoes and a salad on the side! Can’t want to have the left overs for breakfast in the morning!

PUL Team - Sept. 17, 2022, 10:22 p.m.

Aw so happy to hear, Katie, enjoy the leftovers 🤩

Ina - Sept. 16, 2022, 4:37 p.m.

Also my toddler loves it! :)

Stine - Sept. 16, 2022, 2:06 p.m.

Onion powder and garlic powder isn't (as far as I know!) very commonly used here in Denmark. I could probably get some if I searched for it, but I was just wondering if I could swap it for the fresh ingredients instead? And if yes, would it interfere with the longevity of it? Thanks in advance - love your youtube video and website, super excited to get the app when it's ready!
.

Isa - Sept. 17, 2022, 5:46 p.m.

Fellow dane here:)
I use garlic and onion powder all the time - you can find it in most supermarkets like føtex! I really like the ones from the brand Santa Maria:)

PUL Team - Sept. 17, 2022, 10:15 p.m.

Hey Stine, thanks for the question - and thanks a bunch, Isa, for the insight! We prefer garlic and onion powder for their concentrated flavor, although if desired you could use fresh. Perhaps 1-2 cloves of garlic and 1/4 onion in place of the 1 tsp each of powder is one idea to start. You could always add more to taste. The texture of the spread may just be a tad different, as the vegetables will add more moisture than the powder 🙂

Deborah - Sept. 15, 2022, 9:03 p.m.

Oh that’s so good and easy

PUL Team - Sept. 15, 2022, 9:29 p.m.

Thank you, Deborah 😊

Beau - Sept. 15, 2022, 8:10 p.m.

It means so much, PB, thank you for the kind words and glowing feedback!

Leah - Sept. 15, 2022, 6:42 p.m.

Pickle juice and dill/garlic bits from a jar of pickles gets this recipe most of the way there. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thank you, Leah, pickles are a lovely idea 🤗
