Hi there, I am keen to make this recipe but I wanted to double check, do you use extra virgin olive oil or the blended olive oil?

Heyy Rajni, we typically use extra-virgin olive oil for this recipe 😊 Since it’s a fresh, no-cook sauce, the flavour of the oil really shines through, and extra-virgin adds a lovely richness and depth. That said, if you only have blended olive oil on hand, it'll still work as well! We've updated the recipe to reflect this, thanks so much for flagging it for us :)

This is a great go-to sauce for any vegetable. Awesome with tofu too.

The best toping for tofu and veggies I made so far! It's so easy and packed with flavor. I will definitely make it again and again...
