I was so happy to make this one as I’ve always wanted to make focaccia but never had. It was honestly okay. My husband and father-in-law enjoyed more than I did.

Another winner! Texture was great. Went outside to grab some rosemary only to find my plant died ☹️ so I only used the flaky salt but looking forward to making again next time with the rosemary

This turned out absolutely perfect! Super crispy on the outside, but soft and light on the inside. It was also really easy and fun to make. I did let the dough rest a lot longer in the fridge (about 20 hours), but that probably made it even better! Will definitely make this again!
