My only swap out was to AP flour as that’s all I had. Still a beautiful bread, just different texture! Delicious and a major hit at Christmas. Would share a photo if I could 😍

I don’t have a talent for making bread. It just never works for me… but this one turned out great!!! It was very easy to make and so delicious 🤤 will definitely be making it again

I made this for a lunch on a canoe trip. I was perfect: easy to make, delicious, easy to eat (no dishes to do on the trip) and it kept well in our food barrel. I made it the day before we left and we had it on day 3 of the trip. I’m not saying to change the storage information, safe food storage is important, but I’m super happy it worked well for us!! Had it on top of a cliff/mountain with a nice lookout during one of our hikes. Tasted wonderful with a cream cheese pesto with sundried tomato spread, just pealing of some layers of bread and scooping up a bit of the spread. Thank you!!

I made this with my kids and it turned out exactly like the photo! It was really easy to make. It was delicious and didn’t last longer than a few hours in our house:)

If you leave it out longer before putting it in the oven, remember to reapply a few cuts (might have forgotten so and then it stays a bit flat🤷♂️)
