Mango Spinach Smoothie

This recipe starts at 7:03
A vibrant green smoothie that has no bananas or nuts! The sweetness of the mangos is perfectly balanced with the spinach. If you're using soy-based yogurt and milk, you'll be loaded up on plant-based proteins. The proteins plus the fibre from the flaxseeds will keep you feeling full and energised to tackle the day.
To make this smoothie even more wholesome, top it with some crunchy granola.
