If you reduced a Snickers bar into a drink, this would be it. It's thick, creamy, nutty and sweet. With the peanut butter and cashews, it's a decadent warm drink to cozy up to.
Peanut Butter Caramel Latte

2½ cups (625 mL) unsweetened plant-based milk*
½ cup (75 g) raw cashews
4 Medjool dates, pits removed
2 Tbsp (30 mL) peanut butter
1 shot espresso
1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a medium-size sauce pan on medium-high heat and stir continuously to prevent burning until heated through. Pour into some mugs and enjoy!
