1 tsp (3 g)ground turmeric

1 tsp (3 g)ground cinnamon

2soft Medjool dates, pits removed

2 Tbsp (30 mL)brewed espresso (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients, except for the maple syrup, to a high-speed blender** and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour this mixture straight into a saucepan. If your blender isn't very powerful, or if you don't like small fibres to remain in your drink, strain the mixture first when pouring it into the saucepan.
- Place on the stove on medium-high heat until warmed through, whisking throughout the prevent burning.
- Taste test, and if you like it sweeter, add up to 1 Tbsp maple syrup. To turn it into a turmeric latte, add in some brewed espresso if desired.
- When warm, pour into mugs, sprinkle on a bit of cinnamon, and enjoy!
Notes
- * Nutrition tip: aim to use plant-based milk that is fortified with calcium.
- ** If you don't have a blender, simply substitute the dates with 1 Tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup. In this way, you can skip using the blender, but it will make the drink slightly less creamy.
Storage
- Best to enjoy this drink immediately.
- This drink can be blended ahead of time, stored in a mason jar for up to a day before warming it in a saucepan on the stove.

Very delicious!
I'm a little bit confused.
The amount for two servings is the same, like on your old website? In the Video also it is not the same... 🤔 But delicious as all what you create🤰
This recipe is delicious. My one year old loves to enjoy it with me in her sippy cup. I love to have it instead of a cup of coffee in the afternoons or as a comfy drink to have before bedtime.
Love it. So tasty and comforting for the colder days.
Mmm, how many times have I made this... too many! So warm, cozy, delicious. I forego the maple, but that's personal preference.
