The Best Ever Vegan Nutella recipe is easily one of my favourite recipes on the blog to date. But if you don't have time to roast hazelnuts, or if you don't have a food processor, then you can still enjoy a chocolate-y spread with this here recipe.
This chocolatey and nutty spread takes only 2 minutes to whip together.
And NO food processor required.
I love it on toast, mixed into my oatmeal, or as a tasty dip for some freshly cut up fruit.

2-Minute Chocolate Almond Spread
▸ ▹ Vegan, gluten-free, one-pot, oil-free
Yield: 1/2 cup
Prep Time: 2 min
Total Time: 2 min
1/2 cup (125 ml) almond butter
2 Tbsp (12.5 g) cocoa or cacao powder
2 Tbsp (25 ml) maple syrup
2 Tbsp (25 ml) plant milk (we used soy)
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Transfer to an air-tight container and enjoy!
Storage: store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Variations: try using different nut butters, add in cinnamon or shredded coconut.
