Growing up, potatoes were always served with ketchup where I lived. That was the main dipping sauce. As I got older, barbecue, honey-mustard, and sweet & sour sauce starting popping up. Here in the Netherlands, the dipping of choice with french fries is always mayo.
Mayo alone is not usually the most pleasant thing to eat; it's oily and coats your mouth all funny, but when you add in some of our ranch mix, it's transformed into a thing of beauty.

Vegan Ranch Mayo Dip

Yield: 1/2 cup

Total Time: 5 min
1/2 cup (125 ml) vegan mayo
1 Tbsp (15 g) PUL Ranch Mix
Combine both ingredients in a small bowl, whisk until combined, and serve! Enjoy!
Storage: store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Variations: If you like a thinner dip, you can add a splash of unsweetened plant-based milk , apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice.
