I'm not a fan of this dip. For whatever reason the combination of the ranch mix, lime juice and mayo tasted off... maybe fault od the mayo brand? 🤔 I'd recommend substituting the mayo for unsweetened coconut yogurt, it works much better in my opinion.

Love this dip! I have it with the buffalo tofu sticks which are also delicious. I also have it with my kale salad and roasted chickpeas, sooo good! Go to dip for salads or veggies.

I think that (in my case) oat milk is necessary for this recipe. Otherwise, the dip would’ve felt too greasy. Wonderful flavour that suits potatoes in all forms😋
Last time, I carved out the contents of a whole baked potato and mashed it with the dip. Yum 🤤
