  1. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, pumpkin, sunflower, chia, sesame, and hemp seeds.
  2. Using a sharp paring knife, make an incision along the length of each date, but try not to cut the date in half.
  3. Remove the pits from the dates.
  4. Dollop the peanut butter mixture into the dates, using a ½ teaspoon measure or a small spoon.
  5. If desired, drizzle the filled dates with melted chocolate, a sprinkle of sea salt, or extra hemp seeds. Enjoy!


  • Store these dates at room temperature an airtight container for up to 4 days, or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
