I was interested to try this recipe for a chicken taco lunch + I had a dill spice just standing by that I didnβt know what to do with (since Iβve only used it for the PUL borscht soup recipe)β¦ until I came across this recipe. I eyeballed the mixture and used fromage blanc. It was a success hit!! Everybody loved it with their chicken tacosβ¦ that there was barely any left for me to try.

AMAZING!!! that mix is just the best! I make a big batch and use it everywhere! mixing it with mayo or plain yogurt for a quick dip, coating veggies (potatoes, zucchini, pepper, carrots ...) before cooking in the oven. i use it when i do my "oil pasta", add it to salad, rice,... name it! ... Even in my popcorn.

I've given this ranch mix as a gift the past two holiday seasons, and it has been a huge hit! I include a tag with the basic dip recipe and then send them a link to PUL so they can try all the variations and sample your other recipes as well! This is a very versatile seasoning mix, and it really does perfectly mimic that classic ranch flavor.
I love all the PUL spice mixes but this one is my favorite! I use this all the time when roasting chickpeas and potatoes. It's the perfect seasoning.

This is my newest popcorn seasoning! I blitz it in a hand-held food grinder and it powders wonderfully!
I tried this a while back and I have kept it in the pantry ever since. It is great to sprinkle over chickpeas or kale chips or mix up with some cashew milk and vegan mayo to make ranch dressing!
I tried this for a holiday and since then it is part of our pantry - yummy!!!
