Dukkah, do'a, du'a, or duqqa is a condiment consisting of a mix of herbs, nuts, and spices, most commonly found in Egyptian and West Asian cuisine. The blend of ingredients can vary from vendor to vendor and family to family, but they all have sesame, coriander, cumin, salt and black pepper in common. Typically, it's served as a dip with olive oil and bread, but it can also be used as a topping for vegetables, hummus, and more.
