Directions
- Fill a saucepan with 2 cm of water, and bring to a gentle boil. Place a heat-safe bowl on top of the pan to create a 'double boiler'. Place the chocolate in the bowl and stir often. The heat from the bowl will melt the chocolate.
- Once the chocolate has melted, turn off the heat and stir the condensed coconut milk and vanilla into the chocolate.
- Line a 6 x 6 inch (16 x 16 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture to the dish. Sprinkle flaked sea salt on top if desired. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours to harden.
- To make cutting easier, try running your knife under hot water before cutting the fudge. Enjoy!
Notes
- For the best texture, we recommend eating the fudge when it has just come out of the freezer.
Storage
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.

This is the best fudge I have ever eaten in my life.
It is so good that it stopped my party in its tracks last weekend because everyone was urging each other to try it with eyes closed to completely savour the experience.
Hi, I tried making this but the chocolate and coconut milk separated once frozen. Any suggestions?
Hii, loved the recipe!! Just wanted to ask that is vanilla extract mandatory? Do let me know if we can skip it or add anything else.
Hi,
Can we substitute sugar with any natural sweetener like (jaggery, cane sugar, khandsari, etc)in coconut condensed milk.?
What can I use instead of sweetened condensed coconut milk? I didn't find it at supermarket here in Auckland, New Zealand. Any suggestions? Maybe vanilla fudge protein powder, Morlife brand one I buy from Australia 😊😍❤️❤️
I look forward to trying this very delicious recipe, thank you so much Sadia!! I love your videos and your smile and you are such a beautiful and very happy person ❤️❤️❤️
What a delightful treat! Despite being frozen, it stays wonderfully creamy. It holds its shape perfectly, making each bite a delightful experience.
Do you thaw this before eating? Or is it a frozen treat?
Thanks!
I’ve made this several times and it always came out super sticky - very tasty, but it didn’t hold its shape at all. This time I reduced the chocolate a bit and it came out perfectly. It’s firm enough to make bars and still super tasty. Must be something about the brand of SC coconut milk or the semisweet chocolate I’m using.
Super easy and delicious!
It’ll definitely be one of my favorite dessert!! So tasty!! 😋😋
This is such a delicious, little treat! 😍 All my non-vegan friends enjoyed the fudge a lot, thank you for creating such amazing recipes!
I made them too thin due to my tin but anyway it is so good!! 🤤
This fudge was super easy to make and it tastes delicious! I melted my chocolate chips in my microwave and it worked great. A recipe to keep, for sure!
I am so happy that I came across your channel. All of your videos are enjoyable and you have great content.
Thank you!
This came out so so so good. Even my husband loves it and he hates coconut (I know it's horrible) . My 2 year old also loved it and kept asking for more. We all only had one piece to set a healthy example but oh my gosh I can't wait to have another piece later in the week. Such a fantastic and simple recipe. Will be making again.
*Also I unfortunately don't have a food scale and the bag of chocolate chips I used was 12oz so I used the whole thing because I felt I would have messed it up if I tried to eye it out . It still came out great. But I want to try it with 11oz when I get a food scale.
This is one of the easiest delicious choco desserts. Sadia, this is a home run. Pick up limes team, well done y'all 👌
Pick up limes, you've done it again. Simple, accessible recipe, easily executed and it tastes amazing! Thank you!
I love you, your style and your recepie.. but please, translate everything in other language like italian (i am from italy)!!!
This was so easy to make and it is so delicious!
Does anyone know what brand of chocolate and condensed milk I could use to make this product in Canada
Gevaarlijk lekker!!!!
This bad boy is really chocolate rich and dense. Only small portion at once is possible to eat. Best with coffe or tea. Anyway it's delicious :-)
This was so yummy! The only bad thing is how hard it is to eat a modest portion once finished 😅. This vegan fudge is very simple and straightforward. It does take a little bit of time to allow the fudge to thicken, which is hard if the sweet tooth urge is strong. I also made my own sweetened condensed coconut milk, which took about 45 minutes too, but it was so worth it. I suggest making this at the beginning of cooking a larger feast for guests, so it is freezing while you are cooking the main dishes/sides. Essentially, for someone else who is impatient and loves sweets, time the making of this with about a 2 hour distraction. Coming back to delicious homemade fudge is a wonderful reward. Will be making this again and might try little medications like chopped nuts, hemp, flax, other seeds and see how that turns out.
Everyone's saying this already but I'm gonna say it too: this is amazing. It's so low effort and easy to find/make ingredients, and then the result is just so lovely omg. Also a small warning for everyone that's going to try this: cut it into small portions because you'll be full in no time haha
I haven't made this yet but I am very excited to! I was wondering, though, what brand of chocolate you use for this? Do you have a favorite melting chocolate brand? Thanks!
This recipe is delicious, amazing and so creamy. Thank you so so much PUL for making this amazing website. Everything is beautiful and cooking is more fun now.
This was super easy and so delicious! I didn’t have the ability to do the double boiler but I kept the heat low and just made sure to be patient and stir a lot. I love the slight coconut flavor in the fudge too. I will definitely be making it again :)
So simple and easy! I was afraid my coconut condensed milk was an odd separated texture but it still worked. I used 100% cacao chips to decrease the sweetness. Too generously with flaked salt.
I made this last night and I absolutely love it! Adding a little salt on top is pretty much required - definitely a fantastic garnish. My partner wasn't a huge fan as she's not that into dark chocolate, but I will definitely be making this again. My first (intentionally) vegan recipe too, and I'm very happy with it!
I have some dear coworkers that are dairy-free. They often cannot participate in workplace treats. I can't wait to make this for them!
This was the most easy and delicious dessert ever. I am making it constantly!!
This worked out great!
I just can't get over it how easy ánd how tasty this recipe is! Thanks a lot, PUL
Absolutely delicious, is what this fudge is. Thank you for sharing it!
This chocolate fudge is simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I am never good with desserts, and this one came out perfect - my guests were impressed and it is just so easy to make. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!
This is the first fudge I have tried or made since living vegan and it is absolutely delicious! My boyfriend is also a massive fan (and he's not vegan). I will definitely be making it again and next time I plan to make my own condensed coconut milk, as per the PUL recipe, as I couldn't find it in stores this time around and I used a rice and oat based variety instead. I was wondering if the coconut milk adds to the flavour of the fudge as I imagine a chocolate coconut combo would be amazing!
I don’t always eat vegan, actually rarely when it comes to my desserts I don’t care if they are healthy. This was not just the best fudge, it was better than most chocolate tarts I eat. Thank you Keala Jarvis for making this for me and introducing me to, Puck up Limes.
I loved the recipe and enjoyed it soo much..
Just tried the recipe, it literally tastes like a Mars bar😳😳thank you for the delicious food ideas!
I have tried this! And to be honest! Itvis delicious!
Dear Sadia
I just made these chocolate fudge bars.
They taste abnormally delicious.. , Because of your recipes being vegan is very easy.
Thank you 🌹
Wendy
Delicious and simple!! I loved making it and everyone home loved eating it!
Just made this today for dessert. My entire family loved it, my 8 year old most of all! So easy and yummy!
