Wow, what a fluffy treat! I didn’t expect it to be so light, as the creamy cashew butter is rather heavy. I used Oatly’s Turkish yoghurt with 10% fat, which turned out to be a good option. It has a better consistency than a liquid coconut yogurt and it doesn’t have the bitter/strange background taste as soy-based products.
I loved this mousse on its own, but it’s amazing when combined with something crunchy. So far, I’ve eaten it with PUL Healthiest ever granola and blackcurrant for afternoon fika. It’s wonderful☺️🥲. I can imagine that this fresh and mild mousse would fit well as a topping for sponge or carrot cakes. Maybe not for chocolate desserts, it’d be too much…

Aw this means so much, Louise! So lovely to hear about your experience with this one. Using it as a topping for sponge or carrot cake is a very interesting idea 😃

Love from India Sadia 🤗

my 2 babies loved it ! I cut the vanilla extract and the maple sugar (none for them) but the whole fruits and yaourt with a nut butter is usually a lovely treat for them :) thanks ! (3 years old and 11 months )

Hey! I am from India. My name is annesha Das. I tried to make lemon yogurt parfait just two days ago. It turned super awesome and the taste was different, like butterscotch type. My mother loved it. Since we do not get good strawberries here I garnished it with mangoes. I am a fan of ur channel..❤️❤️❤️

Hi there, Annesha Das, we're so glad you and your mother enjoyed the parfait! Love that you used mangoes. Hugs to India ✨

Sadia! I love your channel! I’m curious what your favorite plant based yogurt is and/or what you used here! Yours always looks just like regular Greek dairy yogurt than what I can find in the US. Thank you so much!

Hi Stacey, so glad you're enjoying the PUL content! We usually use the Alpro brand available at our local grocery store, and Albert Heijn (a grocery store here in the Netherlands) also carry their own house brand of plant-based yogurts we sometimes use as well 🤓 If you can't get your hand on Greek-style yogurt, any regular plant-based yogurt you enjoy should work well for this recipe 😊 Enjoy!

I made this in mason jars so our family could take it as a picnic on our way to our vacation spot. Everyone, from our 2 year old to my omni mom, loved them! I used granola instead of the biscuits and added some chia seeds for a nutrition boost-- delicious! I think this is my new favorite breakfast and dessert!

We appreciate this so much, Stacey, so happy you're enjoying the parfait!

I've never liked yogourt but am on a 'no chew' diet for 2 weeks following major dental surgery. I decided to give yogourt one more try and made just the yogourt part using peanut butter. LOVED IT! Lots of protein and it simply slid on down.

So happy you're enjoying the parfait, Cathy! All the best with your recovery 💚

Tastes really nice and refreshing...and it's healthy! I had it with a banana instead of berries but still lovely. Thanks for this amazing snack! xx

pranjall - July 28, 2021, 10 a.m.

This has to be, no doubt, the absolute best yogurt recipe I have ever tried. Never trying any other flavour again. THIS is perfection. I know it's such a simple and small thing but man did you create a harmonious combination. 10/10 recommend.

PUL Team - July 29, 2021, 5:58 p.m.

Such a wonderful compliment, Pranjall, thank you for the glowing review!

Priyanka - July 26, 2021, 10:54 p.m.

I enjoyed this as a snack with my mom. I didn't have the digestive biscuits. I used some granola instead, and it still turned out amazingly flavorful 😋. The orange/lemon zest adds a surprising kick of tartness to the yogurt (in a good way). Highly recommend!

So glad you enjoyed the recipe, Priyanka! 😃

Delicious breakfast......had ripe berries and mangoes so the yogurt parfait (topped with some granola) was a big hit. Definitely a keeper recipe.
