Herb Butter Mini Hasselback Potatoes

Loved it!

I’d suggest trying different kinds of potatoes. I did russets potatoes and the “butter” wasn’t able to get between slices.

But I just melted more margarine and pour it on top.

Delicious!

Yummie, what a great side dish! It takes a bit time to make, but you don’t have to peel the potatoes and it pays back in taste

I only made a small portion so I baked it in the air fryer. It was ready in half the time. So yummy!

My family completely devoured these. I made them for a gathering and they were the first appetizer gone. Yum and yum!

Although I'm surprised it calls for such along time in the oven, mine were absolutely ready after 25 minutes.
This was an absolute banger I will definitely do it again! (you do need a bit of commitment to cut them well... but especially you need a good knife)

Hey Lucile! Our oven has top-bottom heating without a fan, so if you use a setting with a fan the potatoes may cook more quickly. Hope this helps and glad the potatoes were enjoyed☺️

I used an air fryer and it took about 25 mins.
