Grilled Pluots with Granola

Grilled fruit with vegan yogurt and granola is the perfect combination for a nutritious snack or dessert option. A pluot is a hybrid between a plum and an apricot, and for this recipe, they can also be used interchangeably. Or swap for nectarines, persimmons, or any other fruit of choice!

An amazing way of preparing plums/peaches/apricots/plutos! The fruit melts so nicely and pairs perfectly with yogurt and crunchy granola
I cannot wait to try with different granolas to see how PUL’s recipes can be combined!

So yummy! Would work really well with winter fruits as well like apple or pear with cinnamon in winter 👍🏻

Just made this with peaches instead (thanks for always giving substitute ideas because I don't think we have pluots in our country... or maybe I just don't know what they are called here - plums?) and WOW! Tastes like dessert but so healthy!! You guys make veganism so fun!

Hey Marijke! Pluots are a hybrid between a plum and an apricot. So happy to hear the recipe was enjoyed with peaches 🤗
