Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Toss the unpeeled garlic cloves and oil together and place on a baking tray. Roast for 15 minutes.
- Add the falafels to the baking tray with the garlic cloves and baking for another 5 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven.
- In a small bowl, mash the roasted garlic. Then add the mayo and stir to combine.
- Spread a thin layer of the garlic mayo and a generous amount of hummus on the wrap.
- Add the falafel, lettuce, and tomatoes to the wrap, roll shut and enjoy!
Storage
- The assembled wrap is best if enjoyed immediately.
- The garlic mayo can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
