Oyster Mushroom Souvlaki
'Souvlaki' translates to 'skewer' in Greek and traditionally features small pieces of meat, occasionally paired with vegetables, grilled on a skewer. In this recipe, we use oyster mushrooms to replicate the meaty texture and grill them on the barbecue. This results in a delicious and flavorful meal when served with pita bread, fresh vegetables, and tzatziki.Servings

Delicious!!
Very tasteful, nice.
I love the taste of the sauce on the mushrooms and the tangy taste on the salad it blended together is amazing
Amazing recipe! Shawarma mix is easy to make at home too if you don’t have store bought.
Delicious! I used storebought gyors spice blend instead of shawarma because we don't have that over here. I took this to a bbq party and even the omnivores were impressed ☺️ Next time I'll try to make my own blend of shawarma. Thanks for including recipes for the spice blends as well so we can make it at home! ☺️
Delish !!
Delicioso!
So delicious! I added some seitan to the skewers for some extra protein and it was fantastic!
Hi, PUL team & friends 👋👋👋
This sounds delicious! Do you think results will be on par if I just use my oven? I have no grill...
Thanks in advance and, as always, love from GC!

Delicious! 🙌
We’ve already made this twice and still cant believe how delicious it is!!
Absolutely delicious! Mushrooms are juicy and have a meaty flavour. All the components of this dish work really well together.
It’s incredible, the shawarma spice made the mushrooms taste like meat!! And who thought tzatziki would taste so good using plant based yoghurt. I’m just loving the exploration of flavours and different ways of cooking - lovely thanks 🙏 🧡👌
It's like a gift from greek gods, that's how delicious this is☺
