Loved it!
Good pasta salad recipe, easy to adjust or add toppings. Could sub other proteins for the chicken. Pretty simple recipe and a good way to use up some orzo!
I swapped the feta with myzithra, another traditional Greek soft cheese, as I had plenty of that at home and it blended perfectly with the dish! Overly loved this one, though at work they said the garlic was too strong-- Their loss, I love garlic, so I don't care!
